2. Nature of Our Services

Our products are services rather than physical goods. Deliverables may include video consultations, on-site evaluations, written reports, checklists, and coaching sessions delivered electronically or in person. Because services are performed over time and digital materials may be supplied promptly after sessions, standard return rights for tangible goods do not always apply in the same way. This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and your statutory protections under UK consumer law.

3. Your Statutory Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires that services be performed with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time if not fixed, and at a reasonable price if not agreed. If we fail to meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or price reduction, and in some cases a refund. For distance contracts, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may give you a fourteen-day right to cancel certain service contracts before performance begins, subject to exceptions below. 4. Cooling-Off Period for Distance Contracts

When you book online without face-to-face contact, you may have fourteen days from the day after contract formation to cancel without giving a reason, unless an exception applies. If you request us to begin work during the cooling-off period, you may owe a proportionate amount for work completed before cancellation. 5. Cancellation Before Your Session

If you cancel at least forty-eight hours before a scheduled Remote Desk Assessment or Ergonomic Coaching Bundle session, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or reschedule at no extra charge, subject to availability. Cancellations between twenty-four and forty-eight hours before the session may receive a fifty percent refund or one free reschedule. Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours notice, or failure to attend without notice, are non-refundable except where we agree otherwise in writing or law requires a remedy for our failure to perform.

On-Site Workspace Audits require additional planning. Cancel at least five working days before the visit for a full refund. Cancellations between three and five working days may incur an administrative fee of up to thirty percent to cover travel preparation. Cancellations with less than three working days notice are non-refundable unless PostureNest cancels or reschedules due to circumstances on our side.

6. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without charge if you provide at least forty-eight hours notice for remote services or five working days for on-site audits. Further changes may be treated as cancellations under the tiers above. We will offer alternative dates where possible. If PostureNest must reschedule due to illness, weather, or transport disruption, you receive priority rebooking or a full refund at your choice.

7. Refunds After Service Delivery

Once a session is completed and your report or coaching materials are delivered, refunds are generally not available because the service has been consumed. If you believe the service was not performed with reasonable care and skill, contact us within fourteen days of delivery with specific concerns. We will review recordings, notes, and deliverables where available. Remedies may include supplementary guidance, a partial repeat session, or a partial or full refund where justified. Disputes about subjective comfort outcomes do not automatically qualify for refunds; ergonomics advice depends on implementation and individual factors.

8. Digital Content and Reports

PDF reports, checklists, and similar digital content supplied after assessments are deemed delivered when sent to your email or made available for download. If files are corrupted or materially incomplete, we will reissue them at no charge. Refunds for digital-only portions apply only where the content was not supplied or was unusable and we cannot remedy within a reasonable time.

9. Bundles and Corporate Orders

Ergonomic Coaching Bundles consisting of multiple sessions are refundable only for unused sessions if you cancel before the bundle begins. Partial use is charged at the single-session rate, with the remainder refunded. Corporate or bulk bookings may be subject to separate invoices and cancellation terms agreed in writing; where no agreement exists, this policy applies.

10. Payment Errors and Duplicate Charges

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or did not receive booking confirmation despite payment, contact us within thirty days with transaction references. Verified errors are refunded in full without undue delay, usually within fourteen working days depending on your bank or card issuer.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact PostureNest before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate fairly. Unfounded chargebacks may delay future bookings. We cooperate with payment providers and supply evidence of service delivery where appropriate.

12. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times vary by bank but typically appear within five to ten working days after approval. We do not charge refund administration fees for eligible consumer cancellations except where this policy expressly allows retention for late on-site cancellations. 13. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable: missed appointments without notice, third-party equipment you purchase independently, travel expenses we incurred for on-site visits that proceed as scheduled, and services explicitly marked non-refundable at purchase with your acknowledgment where permitted by law.

14. Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel or postpone services for safety, non-payment, abusive conduct, or inability to access your premises. In such cases you receive a full refund for undelivered services or an alternative date by agreement. We are not liable for consequential costs such as lost wages unless required by law.
